YOUTH ACADEMY OF CULTURAL HERITAGE – EDUCATIONAL CLASSES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH AND PROMOTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE BY THE ISSUED FOLDER is the name of the project implemented by the Association in 2014 as part of the Rural Development Program for the years 2007 – 2013, Implementation of local development strategies. The aim of the project was to raise the quality of life in the LGD area by organizing educational activities for children and youth and promoting the cultural heritage of Podbabiogórze through the development and publication of a promotional publication.

The participants of the project were a group of young inhabitants of our region who took part in classes aimed at transferring knowledge, among others, about the history and folklore of the region, folk handicraft, local product, cuisine, tourist attractions of Podbabiogórze and natural values of the Babia Góra National Park. In the Babia Góra forest, they participated in thematic workshops on natural heritage and ecology in the unique region of Poland. The result of the project was also the publication of a promotional folder that used the materials collected during the project work, including photographic documentation of the activities carried out. The project was co-financed from the European Union funds – A xis 4 Leader, Activity 413 – Implementation of local development strategies.
