INVESTMENT IN HUMAN RESOURCES

– THE BEST INVESTMENT IN THE EUROPEAN REGIONS

The project is implemented by APURE the Association for the Development of Regions from 03/07/2017 and lasts 12 months. The partner of the Association is Lake Balaton Development Coordination Agency, Hungary. As part of the Erasmus+ Adult Mobility Program, ten job shadowing mobilities has been planned, of which six have been implemented so far. The project's participants are members of the Association who, by engaging in an international venture, want to expand their knowledge and experience in ecology, environmental protection, and sustainable development of various areas of Europe. The project is also aimed at promoting the potential of our rural regions, raising environmental awareness and activating the community for active pro-ecological activities in order to improve the quality of life in the EU.

The planned effects of the project are above all an increase in the awareness of social responsibility for the surrounding world in connection with the progressive degradation of the natural environment and the dissemination of specific pro-ecological activities. Thanks to study visits to model institutions in Hungary and Italy and the broadening of knowledge about ecology, ecological technologies to protect natural resources and sustainable development, the quality of activities currently implemented in this area is increasing. By building awareness of threats and teaching new pro-ecological behaviours that can be used in work and life, the Association is even more involved in the implementation of environmental protection missions.
